Jiangsu Aisen Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") intends to IPO and list ordinary shares in RMB on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and is currently receiving guidance from Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd.
