The R&D team is led by 4 doctorates (3 Dr.returnees) with rich development experience in different applications, focusing on applications such as wafers and advanced packaging chemicals / FPC/HDI chemicals / TFT-LCD and OLED chemicals.
The R&D team works closely with the internal craft team / sales technical support team and the customer's technical team to transform the R & D products into customer product application products and form an effective operating mechanism which is fully recognized by the customers of the semiconductor industry.
Wafer / advanced packaging and TFT-LCD/OLED two potential chemicals applications area continue to expand new product development under the strong market drive. Gradually form a series of mating and highly customized product layouts.
ASEM has a professional R & D team and advanced R & D facilities, new products are constantly developed to meet the increasing demand for high-end electronic chemicals and corollary equipment of customers.
